About the League

The Wellesley Soccer League is a house league run within Wellesley Township Ontario Canada.  Teams that are aged 4-10 other teams from St Clements, Elmira, New Hamburg.  12-21 year olds play in the Twin Rivers league which includes other teams from Ayr, Burford, Norwich, Paris, St George and Wilmot.  The league typically runs from mid-May to early August each summer season.  

Volunteers:  The Wellesley Soccer League is run by parent volunteers.  Its growth and success depends on your willingness to participate.  Please fill in the volunteer section of your registration form.  All teams are contingent on having sufficient players, coaches and conveners.  Mandatory police checks are required for our volunteers and are paid for by the league.

Weather:  Please dress children appropriately.  Games are cancelled only when lightning is present by either referee or convener at the field.  Mini's league has cancellation at the coaches discretion.

Uniforms:  Mini's (Age 4-6) are supplied with a shirt, shorts, socks and soccer ball that is theirs to keep.
Other divisions are supplied with team shirts that must be returned to coaches at the end of the season.
Shinpads are mandatory for all divisions and must be worn under the socks.  Soccer shoes are recommended.
